Meet Susan

My name is Susan Burch. I moved to Montana from Idaho in 2009 and raised my two children in Helena. Both of which graduated from Capital Highs school. I met my husband in 2018 and delivered a healthy baby boy in March of 2024. We have recently purchased our dream property where we are building our house ourselves. We have three boarder collies, three cats, and many chickens and ducks. We are blessed to be able to raise our children in this beautiful state of Montana.

I spent more than 20 years in the dental profession and created many valued relationships that have carried over to my real estate career. I started with real estate investing which inspired me to become a licensed real estate agent in Montana. Relationships and communication are my primary focus in assisting you in buying or selling your home or property. My goal is to assist you with all your real estate needs whether it’s buying, selling, or investment properties.
